About Me

Hi, I’m Merrimac Moran, a marketing and communications professional based in the DC area. I hold a BA in Marketing and Gender Studies from the University of New Hampshire and an MA in Media and Strategic Communication from The George Washington University.

I’ve walked patients past protestors as a clinic escort, built digital marketing campaigns for small businesses and global audiences, and written on reproductive justice. Through Merrimac Media, I create space for politically engaged, feminist minded communities who are looking for storytelling that goes beyond male-centered media, celebrating diversity in thought, and championing social justice.

My work combines strategy and creativity, from social media management and campaign leadership to community engagement and content development, always with a focus on stories that connect, inspire, and make an impact.
